CREDUS is willing to partner with investors through various investment vehicles it designed for investors.
CREDUS believes that strong partnership is one of the most substantial elements that lead to a successful project. With a significant equity interest in each joint venture, CREDUS is able to align its financial interests with those of investors to reach the common goal. During the co-investment structure, CREDUS offers the investors alternatives to balance the risks and returns to the investorsĄ¯ satisfaction.
Dream of Texas Regional Center (the Regional Center) is one of the new investment vehicles designed and established by CREDUS to participate in the United States EB-5 immigrant investor program pursuant to 203(b)(5) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1990, as amended.
The Regional Center will promote economic growth and facilitate investment within the contiguous geographic area of the State of Texas, which encompasses the Counties of Austin, Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Liberty, Montgomery, San Jacinto, Waller in the State of Texas, as depicted in the map below. In the meanwhile, the investorsĄ¯ investment will be used to participate in the development of KP Plaza, a mixed use real estate project lately launched in Houston Texas by CREDUS.
Upon designation of the Regional Center by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), the Regional Center will be able to assist around 100 foreign investor families to immigrate to the United States, while facilitating investment to finance the development of KP Plaza.
