West Sam Houston Parkway Area

CREDUS has been focusing on the real estate market in Houston since its establishment. It has made transactions for more than 100 acres of commercial land in the Northeast area near IAH and along West Beltway 8. The company made deals with banks, office and retail developers and energy companies, such as Bank of America, Millennium Bank, New Quest, White Rock,Enterprise,Betz, LA Fitness, and Mambos etc.  CREDUS also did horizonal devlopment for the sites, negotiated with MUD,TXDOT,etc.

Upscale Residential area

CREDUS also worked, successfully, with local real estate companies in Houston to redevelop high margin projects in upscale residential areas in Memorial, city of Bellaire, and west University area. CREDUS also has made investment transactions in Katy area in residential lots.

Kun Peng Building Materials Center

As one of the overseas investment projects that were included in the initial 50 Economic Cooperation Zones selected by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce --- The Kun Peng Building Materials Center was about to develop 482,500 square feet with a goal to provide sales and processing space and related service to assist manufacturers in building materials and furniture industry in China to land in the U.S. The project was launched in 2006 and completed the design and permit application process, later it was affected and delayed due to the worldwide economic crisis in 2008. Nevertheless, its initial efforts in soliciting tenants from Chinese manufactory sector have been huge success, CREDUS accumulated extensive development experiences in mixed use projects, and developed strong network with many manufacturers in building materials and furniture industry.
